Wendling

We’re working closely with residents of the Wendling Estate to design a new estate with bigger, brighter homes, improved streets and open spaces.

In July 2021, the proposals were put to a resident ballot and 75% of residents voted 'Yes' to our redevelopment proposals. 

The next stage is for us to work with residents to look at the layout of the new homes, streets and green spaces and think about how the new buildings could look.
