Following the success of the Bourne Estate and Kingsgate Primary at the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) London Design awards, four more of our developments have been shortlisted for prestigious prizes.

The new Kingsgate and Hawley Primary school buildings have both been nominated for NLA People’s Choice awards. Their unique designs have been a hit with pupils, parents and teachers, creating inviting learning environments that are kitted out with the latest teaching technology.

In addition, the Bourne Estate and Maiden Lane have been nominated in the People’s Choice housing category. Both projects have created a sense of continuity between old and new, building upon the iconic designs of these historic housing estates to deliver a high quality mix of new homes including new council rented and Camden Living homes.
