Maitland Park - CIP
The Maitland Park regeneration scheme includes the development of 119 new homes across two sites, delivering a mixture of council housing and homes for sale.
As part of this development, Aspen House has now been demolished and residents have been temporarily rehoused locally within the borough, with all rehoused residents able to return to a brand new home if they choose.
The Gym, a number of garages and the former Tenants' and Residents' Association (TRA) hall on Grafton Terrace are also being demolished. The completed scheme will include a new and improved TRA hall and investment in local play areas and landscaping.
Maitland Park Resident Fun Day
Bouygues are currently in the process of organising a Resident Fun Day for the Maitland Park community, to be held on 25th September. We would like to invite any suggestions or requests from residents for this event to be sent to Amanda Harrison of Bouygues on email email@example.com. Any queries on this event should also be referred to Amanda. More information will follow over the coming weeks – watch this space and keep an eye on the Bouygues noticeboard!
