Maitland Park
The Maitland Park regeneration scheme includes the development of 119 new homes across two sites, delivering a mixture of council housing and homes for sale.
As part of this development, Aspen House has now been demolished and residents have been temporarily rehoused locally within the borough, with all rehoused residents able to return to a brand new home if they choose.
The Gym, a number of garages and the former Tenants' and Residents' Association (TRA) hall on Grafton Terrace are also being demolished. The completed scheme will include a new and improved TRA hall and investment in local play areas and landscaping.
