Maiden Lane

Completed in 2017, the scheme at Maiden Lane included 273 new 1, 2 and 3 bedroom homes, 74 of which were council homes and 52 at Camden Living rent.

In addition to the new homes, the estate rejuvenation included new open spaces, table tennis tables and a playground where families can get out and get active.

The Community Investment Programme also paid for Better Homes refurbishments on the estate, with many of the existing 443 council homes receiving new kitchens and bathrooms. The project also included commercial space to provide new shops for residents of York Way.
