Through the Liddell Place redevelopment, we have delivered a full-scale transformation of the former industrial estate into a versatile mixed-use space, complete with a state-of-the-art flexible workspace, 106 mixed tenure homes, expansion of Kingsgate Primary School, and new public open space and walking route through to Maygrove Peace Park.
In the first phase, we built new facilities for Early Years and Key Stage 1 pupils at Kingsgate Primary school, including light and airy classrooms, a vast new assembly hall, and new playground. Creating a dynamic environment for pupils to learn, grow and thrive whilst helping to increase new school places in an area of need.
Most recently, we’ve delivered the Community Investment Programme’s first flexible workspace, expected to open its doors in early 2025, which will provide 3,700 sqm of commercial space in the heart of West Hampstead - where there currently isn’t an abundance of this sort of office space. The space will cater to a range of industries and 20% of which will be let as affordable workspace.

Kingsgate Primary School has won three prestigious awards. In 2018, the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) ranked Kingsgate Primary among the year’s best architectural achievements with a national design award.
