Kiln Place

Completed in September 2020, Kiln Place forms part of the Gospel Oak regeneration programme, which includes Barrington and Lamble and Maitland Park Estate.

The 15 new homes at Kiln Place included 7 new homes for council rent.

As well as the new 15 new homes, improvements were also made to the children’s playground and new garden fences backing onto the playground.

These plots were developed on underused corners of the existing blocks and helped to re-organise and improve the current entrance into the existing buildings.
