Daleham Gardens

The Community Investment Programme is partnering with a community-led organisation to redevelop the site at 31 Daleham Gardens.

The successful organisation will be responsible for the delivery of around 14 new homes including at least 50% genuinely affordable homes.

Local residents have always had a key role in shaping the social and affordable housing developments in the Community Investment Programme and at Daleham Gardens, we are keen for the local community to have a more active role in delivering these new homes.
