The Camley Street development, located in the Knowledge Quarter and neighbour to new developments in King’s Cross, will be a highly sustainable new neighbourhood including genuinely affordable homes, improved business space and job opportunities, underpinned by a bold vision for meaningful and imaginative public space. Spread across two sites, Camley Street and Cedar Way, this includes:
- 401 new homes including 50% affordable, family-sized homes where there are currently none
- Circa 350,000sqft of employment space
- 1,000 new jobs, training and skills opportunities for local people
- New streets to improve access to the area
- New public green and open spaces
In October 2024, urban regeneration specialist Ballymore and Science & Technology Developer/Operator Lateral were announced as Development Partners to deliver the Cedar Way site of the Camley Street project. Joint planning applications for the sites were submitted to the local planning authority in October 2025.
