Camden Street and Plender Street 

In 2016, the new St Pancras Community Centre on Plender Street reached completion.

This first phase of development included community sports pitches at Richard Cobden School as well as two new shops and homes for sale.

Since opening, St Pancras Community Centre has become a valued community resource, enabling St Pancras Community Association to attract new business and expand their services for local people.

The second phase of the project completed in 2018 and delivered 14 new council homes to Camden Street. The new block is named after former St Pancras and Somers Town Councillor, Peter Brayshaw.
