Bourne Estate

Originally built by London County Council in 1909, the Bourne Estate is one of the oldest housing estates in the UK.
The new homes include a mixture of family-sized and one-bedroom properties and were developed in close collaboration with the estate community.
In addition to the new homes, the Community Investment Programme has funded a new Tenants' and Residents' Association (TRA) hall and other improvements to the estate including a play area in the new courtyard.
Awards and Recognition
This project has won three awards including the prestigious RIBA London Design Award.
