Delivered in 2019, Phase One comprised 66 social rent homes for local residents, funded by 75 private sale homes, as well as new retail space and an underground car park. Managed by Abbey Road Community Housing Ltd, residents have played a central role in shaping this development.
Phase Two, completed in 2022, delivered the new Belsize Priory Medical Practice and Abbey Community Centre - which provides a range of educational, recreational, cultural and social opportunities for local residents as well as a self-contained creche with direct access to an outdoor play area.
Phase Three is now in progress and will deliver 139 new homes, 46 of which will be affordable. There will also be commercial units on the ground floor and open space amenities.
